Through their exclusive partnerships, they serve 360 billion content recommendations to over one billion people each month. You have probably seen their feed recommendations on sites like Bild, Bloomberg, NBC News, Le Figaro, MSN, The Independent, and The Weather Channel.
Taboola offers a platform for advertisers to create a variety of ads such as referral links, text ads, photo ads, and product ads. As the platform was already using photos, our client saw an opportunity to utilize existing ad images to create video “motion ads”.
Wochit Frame, our white-label video editor, was the perfect fit for Taboola’s advertising platform. Here’s how we approached implementation and integration:
Initially, Taboola used our platform as a standalone video editor. At this stage, a limited number of customers were able to create motion ads. These customers successfully utilized Frame in their campaigns and began integrating motion ads into their strategy.
As a result, Taboola embedded our video editor directly into their ad platform. Taboola now offers all their clients a “motion ads “ feature as part of the campaign setup and design process. Clients can produce video ads without ever interrupting their flow or leaving Taboola’s platform.
Video ad creation on Taboola has been increasing rapidly. On average, we have seen a 30% month-over-month increase in production of motion ads using Wochit Frame. Because Taboola users recognize video as a key tool in their campaigns thousands of motion ads have already been created, consistent with the ever-increasing demand for video as a marketing tool in all industries.
