Navigating the Home Screen

First, open Google Chrome. Then, go to https://www.wochit.com/sign-in/ and login using your username and password that was emailed to you.

The tabs on the main page dashboard include:

Drafts: Videos created by members of your production lines that are in progress and have yet to be produced will live here. A lock icon over a video draft means that the video is currently being edited by another team member on your production line.

Use the Production line drop-down to look at videos from a specific production line or brand. Or toggle on the My Work Only option to only see the projects you’ve worked on.

Produced: Videos from members of your production lines that have been finished and produced will live here. These can only be edited by duplicating and editing.

NOTE: There is a menu on each produced video that allows you to easily grab a share link, duplicate a video or delete the project. To see options, click on the three-dot-icon in the top right corner of the video thumbnail.

When you click on the produced video preview you will notice a new streamlined look. Publishing options (like download and share to Facebook), information on the video (creator and date), and the duplicate & edit option are available in the right hand panel.

Storyboards: Storyboards are video templates that provide a framework for your video’s flow, within which you can edit the assets and text for customization. Some storyboards are created by the Wochit Video Editorial team and are available for your use. Others are created by team members on your production lines.

Discover: The Discover tab hosts ready-to-publish short videos that cover the latest news and current affairs, created by the Wochit Video Editorial team. 

Below the dashboard are the most recent Drafts and Storyboards, for quick access.
